TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of products (“Products”) and services offered (“Services”) by The Art of Hearing, LLC to The Art of Hearing, LLC’s patients/customers.

Orders / Services

All orders placed by anyone are subject to acceptance by The Art of Hearing. After orders are placed, we may contact you through email or phone regarding the order(s). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any service or order for any reason at any stage of the ordering process. Orders may be cancelled by The Art of Hearing if there is a limitation on the quantity available for purchase or in the event of pricing or product information error. In the event of an order cancellation, customers will receive written notification of such cancellation. 

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the order / manufacturing / delivery process to be completed for all earplug orders. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the order / manufacturing / delivery process to be completed for all in ear monitor orders.

Return Policy

Custom Products: If you opt to cancel your order of Custom Product(s) before the Product is built, you must cancel the order within 5 business days after the order is placed. We will process your return and refund within 2 business days. It may take longer than 2 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We are unable to offer a refund after a custom earplug or earphone Product has been built or after the build process has been started.

Universal-Fit Products: You may return your non-custom Universal-Fit Product(s) within 30 days after receipt. The return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you must ship the Product(s) to The Art of Hearing, LLC within 10 business days from RMA submission. Shipping costs for returned Product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. The Product(s) must be in “as-new” condition, complete with any accompanying accessories and within the original box and packaging. Missing items will be subject to additional charges. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Art of Hearing, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from and against any claim, demand, loss or liability, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of all information found publically or privately.
